Favourite Thing: Making lots of mess, but in a productive way… What I do usually requires me to really get stuck in, especially because what I make is going to be used directly by consumers, so it can be really useful for me to just try out something I’ve just made directly on my skin (only if it’s got safety clearance, obviously!) and that helps make it a really hands-on job.

Favourite Thing: Well interesting question!!! its an endless horizon as there is no limit to science but still in this infinitely big ocean of science I stick with infinitesimally small portion of food grade edible formulations research. A coke!!! is a fizzy drink and everybody knows it but it involves a complex science behind it. The science of MICROEMULSION! I am very much keen to develop these kind of nutrition enriched and power packed formulations as health foods!!!

Favourite Thing: Being imaginative. Science has no restrictions, so my imagination is my limitation. Hence , I’m eager to start my experiments.
What I do: Its exciting and tedious, but I’m up to it! I am very new at this; I am working on novel ways to transport heavy crude oils. My work will help oil and gas companies spend less money in production, and free up money for other worthy causes.

Favourite Thing: Solving problems. There’s nothing like that moment when, by using your knowledge, some analytical methods and some team work, you suddenly realise you’ve solved the problem you’d set out to tackle.
