I’m very lucky, I have a wonderful girlfriend. If anything this helps my work as we can share the responsibility of the chores at home. Many jobs require a big time commitment, so it can be difficult for some people to meet someone or maintain a relationship, but this is true of many professions, not just science.

Yeah I am married and in no way it affects my science work. U need to be good time manager. Thats it!!! And an ideal partner gives u strength when it is required in ur odds. So whenever I need a hand, my husband is there to give me that help. It is beneficial infact as there is someone to look after u when u r too much involved in ur work. Coz u need not to spend 18 hrs everday in lab……………usually it is abt 8-9 hrs only!!!
