• Question: can Meningitus be curde with a parecetimal or asprain if not how is it cured?

      Well there r different sort of meningitis. It is a microbial infection caused by virus, bacteria or fungi. So treatment of each kind of meningitis require different kind of medicine. I cant say which medicine is required as i am not a medicine practitioner.

      Paracetamol and aspirin only relieve pain so can not cure any diseases. I think you treat meningitis with antibiotics.
