Question: Do you think that using the prize money to design a promotional website would be more effective than investing the money in further research?

  Unfortunately research of the type most of us do takes more than £500, that wouldn’t even cover 1 days work and most projects go on for 1 to 3 years.
  You could say science was expensive but the benefits that mankind can reap are huge! Imagine the impact that the Si chip has had. That would have started as a small research project.
