I am at a fairly early stage in my science career, so I have not experienced very much compared with a lot of scientists that have spent many years working. However, I’ve been involved in a number of research projects, contributed to a few papers, been to a few conferences and I have a few research ideas, so I’m off to a reasonable start and I hope to do many more things in the future!

Tempted to just answer YES. 🙂 Well, I’ve not done as much as some people who have lived and worked in many labs all over the world. But I do have quite a lot of experience in my subject area now. I’ve worked on many different projects which have all been quiet different (but all centred on materials science) and I’ve worked on joint projects with people from all over Europe and beyond and made some good friends that way too.
