  Good question! I never thought about it! Here at my place everybody is slim, so i cant try this one at home! if u happen to do this experiment pls do update me with the outcome!

  I think it has more to do with diet than weight, although this will also influence somebody’s weight. I think they’re fairly well uncorrelated though – my friend Will farts more than anyone else I know and he’s really skinny.

  I’m not sure there are statistics on the number of times obese people fart. Normally we produce about 14 farts a day but of course it varies enormously depending on many facotrs, the biggest being the sort of food and drink we consume and the type of bacteria that grow in our guts.
