  I was working in a Kraft Food project in past (my post masters days and before joining doctorate) and as you may be aware that Kraft Food is one of the biggest food brand. I was researching to make actually energy drinks. Energy drinks are power packed drinks in which you find all necessary vitamins, minerals and loads of energy. Many of vitamins are oil soluble so we cant mix them in water. So to dissolve oil and oil soluble things in water we need to do research . And during this I happened to dissolve oil in water using surfactant. Do u know that coke and rest of carbonated drinks are also kind of oil dissolved in water kind systems?
