• Question: why do some people have monobrows when others dont and why do some women have beards???

      I think the way that you grow hair is determined mostly by your DNA and your testosterone levels. Some women may have unusually high testosterone levels and so be hairier than other women.

      But I think people grow hair all over their bodies, apart from their palms and soles, so it may be more a case of how noticeable the hair is – for example how dark it is.
