Your core body temperature should be around 37°C. Your internal organs need to be around this temperature in order to function properly. Your skin is likely to be cooler though as it’s less important to maintain it at 37°C. Your pee is stored in your bladder, inside your body, and so should be somewhere around 37°C, so it’s warmer than your skin. So by comparison it seems warm when it exits your body.

This is a simple one really, Pee is at your body temperature because it has been inside you for ages. You only think it is warmer than you because you skin is at a slightly lower temperature than your insides. If you could feel inside yourself (gross) you would feel warm but again that’s only because your skin is cooler than your core temperature.
